Description
When the hob is heated to a high temperature, it tilts slightly inwards at the centre of the basin.
The consequence is that foods like tomatoes can roll or slide into the center of the hob and fall into the fire.
To prevent this, the OFYR Holding Ring has been developed.
The raised steel rim stops food but still offers the possibility to scrape the hob with the spatula and push the residue under the rim, into the fire.
