Description
For the true barbecue fanatic, a spit is a must. And what could be better than cooking large pieces of meat or poultry on a spit over the fire in the OFYR oven or cooking delicious food in a hanging pan. The same set is offered for the OFYR 85 and 100 ranges. The set consists of 2 very strong stainless steel uprights, ingeniously attached under the hob, 2 stainless steel intermediate tubes (1 for the 85 models and 1 for the 100 models) that connect firmly to the top of the uprights, a skewer with swivel hook with 2 large and 2 small holders for clamping meat or poultry and an S-hook for hanging a pan. With fire, the uprights, the intermediate tube and the skewer become hot. It is therefore advisable to always use the OFYR pin with heat-resistant gloves such as those of the OFYR.
